In respect of booking of accommodation following policies will be followed:
1. Booking can be done 90 days prior to the date of occupation.
2. However, to confirm 10% advance must be paid 10 days before the date of occupation failing which the reservation will stand cancelled. In case it is cancelled the amount will be refunded within 10 days.
3. Full amounts need to be paid 3 days prior to the date of occupation.
4. If due to unforeseen circumstances if the hotel is not able to confirm/ provide the reservation the full amount paid will be refunded within 5 working days.
5. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
6. The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
8. Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
9. This is an On-Request Booking. Confirmation will be manually processed within 24 hours. If confirmation isn’t achievable, rest assured you’ll receive a full refund.
