Senior Citizen

Background: Lansdowne is a hill station in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand with a height of approx. 5000ft. Most of the visitors are from Delhi primarily on weekends and holidays. It has been observed that almost 75% of them are office goers who come to Lansdowne only for a break from Delhi. They come on Saturday and leave on Sunday. Approx. 15% of them stay for Sunday also i.e. max of one night Saturday and some two the nights (Saturday and Sunday). During the weekends all hotels get full and elders/senior citizens who wish to spend time leisurely and more peacefully for a longer duration, find it difficult to get a place to stay.

Keeping the above in view our management has decided to provide the senior citizen this facility in packaged form so that it meets their requirement and is highly affordable. This is emphasized that ours is a property located a bit away from any crowded place and it is in a quiet, serene and green environment. There is no noise other than the swinging of pine trees and chirpings of small birds in the morning hours. All are big and rooms have large Verandah looking into the valley and for off hills and mountains one can sit and watch hours together without disturbance and with full privacy. The terrace also is clean, flat, tiled and totally with safe parapet walls. All rooms including the terrace are reachable by fast moving automatic lift.

The details of the package offered is an under:

a. This will be applicable on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and non-holiday to avoid the rush.

b. Minimum booking will be for 3 days and maximum for 5 days. These could be attend based on the availability

• c. Heavy discount will be given as under:
•      1)  3 days 40%
•      2)  4 days 50%
•      3)  5 days 60%

d. Normal Catering will be available. Special food can also be arranged within advance notice.

e. Booking should be done directly with us with advance payment of 50% of discount tariff.
