Our Policy

Hotel Policy

  1. Identity proof: a valid identity proof will be required for all residents. It should be issued by a Govt recognised authority.
  2. Sick with diseases people will not be admitted unless they are staying for its treatment.
  3. People will unruly behaviour an inebriated state will be barred for entering the premise.
  4. Decision of management of will be final in all respect.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking will be permitted upto 90 days in advance.

  1. 10 days in advance of occupation 10% payment should be made to confirm the booking. The balance payment may be made at the time of check in.
  2. Cancellation of booking can be done upto 3 days in advance of check in. This amount of advance will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
  3. If cancellation is not done 3 days prior to the check in date it will stand forfeited

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking
